A: We use marine-grade pressure-treated lumber, composite decking, and stainless steel hardware to ensure strength and longevity.

Q: Do you offer maintenance services for docks and seawalls?
A: Yes, we offer routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to extend the life of your waterfront structures. Call us or submit our form to get exact service pricing.

Q: How do I know if my seawall or dock needs repair?
A: Signs include cracks, leaning, exposed rebar, or boards pulling loose. Contact us for an inspection if you notice any of these.

Q: Do you install features such as lighting or running water ?
A: Yes, we do offer many customized features including lighted walkways and waterlines to provide customers with the most functional, aesthetic product. Check out our portfolio page for images of our final projects.

Q: What types of equipment do you use?

A: We utilize a wide range of specialized tools and equipment to adapt to each unique job site and project. Our commonly used equipment includes our self-powered crane barge, mantis hammer, skid steer, mini excavator, track saw, mud mixer, compact truck loader, scuba gear, jet pump.

Q: How do you protect the surrounding ecosystem and waters during construction?
A: We follow best practices to minimize impact on the shoreline and waterways. This includes using silt curtains and turbidity barriers to prevent sediment from spreading into the wate, choosing marine-grade, environmentally safe materials that won’t leach harmful chemicals, scheduling work around sensitive wildlife seasons when required, and securing proper permits before starting.
